  3. turned inside out.

  5. This may be done by a number of methods.

  7. Hold the lens up and look at the edge.   A lens which is inside out will flare out at the edge  and look ΓÇ£flatterΓÇ¥.

  9. The top lens is correct while the bottom one is inside out.
